How can I find part using catalogue?

·  Go to

·  Choose brand and find your car.

·  If the VIN search option is available for a brand, you can simply search your vehicle using the VIN/chassis number. 

·  After selecting your vehicle, choose the required part & order. 


           In case of any difficulty in using catalogues, drop an email at [email protected] mentioning your requirement and vehicle details (VIN, model year, brand, etc.)

How can I place an order?

·  Search for part number in the search bar.

·  Choose add to cart option.

·  Go to your cart.

·  Proceed to check out.

·  Add shipping details.

·  Proceed to payment & pay through your desired gateway.

How can I sign up to Boodmo?

Through website

·  Just click on the “Sign up” option, available on the top right side.

·  Then fill up essential details to create your account.


Through App (IOS/Android)

·  Find the “Sign up” option in the navigation bar.

·  Then fill up the essential details to create your account.


You can even sign up using your Facebook account. Yes, it is that simple.


How you can I change my address on boodmo account?

·  Login to your account.

·  Go to “My Profile”.

·  Modify desired details (address, phone, etc).

How can I check my order status & tracking details?

·  Go to “My Order”

·  Click on “Track Details”

What is backorder and ETA in case a part falls under it?


When ordered part is not physically available with the vendors and they arrange it directly

from the manufacturer (OEM’s) than the part is said to be on backorder. In such cases no

ETA (expected time of arrival) is provided by the seller. 


Order cancellation and Refund

Cancellation before order is packed

. Click on "My order"

. Go to "Track details".

. Click on  "View and edit" and cancel parts/order as per your wish.

Cancellation after order is packed/dispatched

.         If you wish to cancel an order that has already been packed, you have to drop an email

          to [email protected] requesting cancellation.



In case order has already been handed over to the courier company, delivery will be attempted 

once which you can deny & reject the parcel.


The refund in such cases would be generated only after the part is received back at our hub.


We usually generate refunds within 24-48 hours of order cancellation & it takes 5-7 

working days for the amount to reflect into your Source Account (account through which you

made the payment).

How can I initiate return request?

·  Make sure your order is marked Delivered.

·  Go to “My Order” & click on “Track Details” of order you want to return.

·  Click on the “View and edit”.

·  Click on the “Return” option to initiate your request.


After receiving the request, our team shall initiate a reverse pickup within 48 hours.


If you wish to get the part replaced with another one (due to compatibility issues) make sure to add your

vehicle details (VIN/chassis number, model year, variant, fuel type etc.) in the description section.


How can I track my returned order?

·  Login your account

·  Click on Returns” to get the status.

  The refund in such cases would be generated only after the part is received back at hub & it passes

  the QC (quality check) by our team.
