Return Policy


Returns will be accepted only

* 10 days after invoice issuing date. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

* If item is unused and in the same condition that you received it.

* Packaging is preserved in original condition.

* If we receive a receipt or proof of purchase.

* Only if the part is not compatible with the car it was purchased for or found broken during delivery.

In case of item’s fault claim, decision will be taken after inspection done by manufacturer or certified organisation. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


There are exemptions from policy:

* If the item was installed or has signs of installation

* Sale items. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

* Items which belong to following categories are not subject to refund:

* Electrics parts and lights (harness, instrument, contact group, lamps etc.)

* Some vendors have their own requirements or refund policy, important information will be shown on good’s and cart page



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet,

1. first, check your bank account again.

2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Return or Exchange of the goods

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item or return it, send us an email at and send your item to: First Floor, Plot 94, Sector 44, Gurgaon 122002.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over Rs. 3500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
