Returns

Returns will be accepted only

* 10 days after invoice issuing date. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, we reserve the right to reject your request or refund.

* If the item is unused and in the same condition as it was at the time of receipt.

* Packaging is preserved in original condition.

* If we receive a receipt or proof of purchase.

* Only if we actively helped to identify the part and it appears to be not compatible with the car it was purchased for or it was received broken.

We recommend shooting a video of unpacking the material.

In the case of item’s fault claim, decision will be taken after inspection done by the manufacturer or certified organization. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

There are exemptions from the policy:

* If the item was installed or has signs of installation

* Sale items. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. 

* Items which belong to following categories are not subject to refund: Electrics parts and lights (harness, instrument, contact group, lamps etc.)

* Some vendors have their own requirements or refund policy

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Prepayment:  In order to protect Payer, refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and to the same account from which it was originated.

COD: refund will be done only to the bank account (debit/credit card). Documents proving the ownership of account has to be provided by customer for processing of refund

 

Late or missing refunds

Usually, it takes not more than 5 working days for the bank to reflect the refund. If you haven’t received a refund after 5 days, please, contact your bank first.

Return or Exchange procedure

  • We only replace items if they are received defective or damaged.
  • If you need to exchange it for the same item or return it, send us an email at info@boodmo.com and send your item to: First Floor, Plot 94, Sector 44, Gurgaon 122002.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping and finance (gateway) costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be also deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on the delivery address, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • If you are shipping an item over Rs. 3500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned i tem.
